Good Leadership in Our Life

Leadership is very important in our life. A leader, A person who leads others must have good character. Leadership is not about power. Leadership is about responsibility. A leader must be polite, honest and respectful. Therefore, leadership helps people work together and grow with clear goals and strong positive attitude.

A good leader is not only smart, but also kind. not only does a leader give orders, but he also gives examples. For example Soekarno, the first president of Indonesia, was a strong leader who inspired many people and led the nation bravely during difficult historical times with unity nationwide.

Leadership can be compared easily. A leader should be as brave as a teacher. A nice leader is more confident than others and more responsible in making decisions for the team and the future. Good leadership requires responsibility toward society and commitment to shared goals.

A leader must have a strong personality. A brave leader must have nice personal values. Although problems come, a leader must stay calm. Even though situations are difficult, a leader must think clearly and communicate wisely with patience, respect, honesty, courage and responsibility every single day at work and home.
